  • Object of research in this thesis regarding the influence of Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction to Employee Performance at PT Translingkar Kita Jaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction to Employee Performance. Work Motivation as a research object variables X1, X2 and job satisfaction as a variable and Employee Performance as a variable Y. Employee Performance The method used is descriptive analysis method and the method of analysis and design research verifikative use eksploratory design, design descriptive and causal designs with the aim of which is to present a structured, factual and accurate as to facts, properties, and relationships among the variables under study and then analyzed statistically to be taken to a conclusion, with the aim to test hypotheses based on existing data. Analysis of the data used is the calculation of partial and multiple correlation coefficient and multiple regression using SPSS program for Windows 20.00 to find out whether or not a strong relationship between the variables of Influence Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction Of Employee Performance. And to find acceptable and rejection of the hypothesis used ratio F calculated and F tables. While to know the level influence between variables X1 and X2 of the variable Y can be calculated by using the coefficient of determination to see the results of the SPSS output. The number of samples used in this study a total of 61 respondents. From the results of calculations using the software SPSS for Windows 20.00 all the classical assumptions are met and the results obtained for the value R = 0.803, then the relationship between the variables X1 and X2 variables simultaneously to variable Y is a very strong relationship. In the summary the model coefficient of determination value of 0.645 means the ability to explain the independent variables (work motivation and job satisfaction) to the dependent variable (employees performance) of 64.5%, while the rest of 35.5% explained by other factors not examined in this study. While the adjusted R square of 0.633, which means that donations influence the variables X1 and X2 simultaneously on the rise and fall by 63.3% Y and no other values are affected because it is constant or has been adjusted.
