  • This study was conducted to examine the effect of The Effect of Intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Serang with the organizational commitment as Intervening Variable. This type of research is a associative study using survey research techniques. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews and questionnaires. With a sample of 40 respondents, the sampling technique using saturated samples. Variabels used in the study are variable Intrinsic Motivation and Job Satisfaction as an independent variable, Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable and Employee Performance as an dependent variable. The analysis methods used in this study ae Path Analysis. The result of experiment is based on partial test (t test) of Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance is obtained thitung > ttabel (2,652 > 2,02619) with the result that there is significant positive effect between Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance is obtained thitung > ttabel (2,098 > 2,02619) with the result that there is significant positive effect between Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance is obtained -thitung < -ttabel (- 2,538 < - 2,02619) with the result that there is significant negative effect between Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance, Intrinsic Motivation on Organizational Commitment is obtained thitung < ttabel (0,954 < 2,02619) with the result that there is not any significant positive effect between Intrinsic Motivation on Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment is obtained -thitung > -ttabel (- 1,732 > – 2,02619) with the result that there is not any significant negative effect between Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Commitment is as intervening which is not capble for mediating Intrinsic motivation relationship with Employee Performance and not capble for mediating Job Satisfaction relationship with Employee Performance
