  • Influence of intrinsic motivation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. KHI Pipe Industries Cilegon is the title of the thesis of Rizki Najiulloh (110 075), a student of Sultan Agung Tirtayasa Faculty of Economics Department of Management under the guidance of Mrs. Eloh Bahiroh, SE., MM and Mrs. Enis Khaerunnisa, SE., MM. The purpose of this study was to determine how intrinsic motivation and discipline of employees and to determine the performance of employees of PT. KHI Pipe Industries Cilegon. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The samples used were 68 respondents to the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire. And methods of data analysis using the test instrument, the classical assumption test, partial correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20.00. And to determine acceptance or rejection of the hypothesis used comparison t and t table and to use the comparison hypotheses simultaneously calculated F and F table. Whereas to determine the level of influence of variables X1, X2 and Y are used to determine the coefficient of determination SPSS version. From the results of calculations simultaneously generated multiple correlation of 0.774 means there is a strong and positive relationship between X1 and X2 toward Y. While the coefficient of determination of 59.8% and the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other factors, which means that if the implementation of intrinsic motivation and discipline of work well done will affect the performance of the employee. From the test results obtained F count> F table (6.697> 3.9886) then H0 H1 is rejected or accepted, meaning that a significant difference between intrinsic motivation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. KHI Pipe Industries Cilegon.
