  • The objective of these researches are to know the respons, the implementations of intrinsic motivation programs, career development, and employee performace. Also to know how the influence of intrinsic motivation and career development to employee performace in PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri Cilegon. The method which have been applied was descriptive causal analyse method and SPSS programs by using satistic formula to know how far the influence of among intrinsic motivation, career development, and employee performace variable. Based on result of analysis and pursuant of statistic calculation known that by using linear regression analysis duplicate for the variable intrinsic motivation, variable work environtment and variable of worker productivity’s statistical hence obtained by correlation coefficient about 0,809 meaning there are strong influence among intrinsic motivation and career development to employee perfomace level. Statistical action work while determination coefficient which have meaning the level of ability of free variable in influencing employee performace level to 65,44% while the rest 34,56% influenced by oilier variable which is input do not in this research. Result of regression analysis found that formula Y = 5,189 + 0,778 X1 + 0,302 X2. fobservation was higher than ftable (78,977 > 3,11) hence can he expressed by Ho to resfused and is Ha accepted. Meaning it is true there influence which is significant among safety and work environtment of duty to worker productivity’s. So hypothesis which is writer mention can he accepted
