  • The research aims to understand influences of motivation toward workforce productivity in PT. Sendang Bersama Ciruas Serang, Banten. It also aims to understand how job satisfactory influences the productivity of employee in PT. Sendang Bersama Ciruas Serang – Banten. The research applied descriptive method. The method strived to gather, serve and analyze data to provide a clear description of the object of research. The research applied clausal design to analyze correlation between one variable to the other. Double analysis of the data using SPSS v20 program found double correlation R = 0,941. It means motivation and job satisfaction heavily influences workforce productivity. In addition, coefficient of determination is R2 = 0,885. It means productivity workforce productivity can be influenced by motivation and job satisfaction. SPSS v 20 statistical analysis results the level of influence of motivation toward workforce productivity on equation Y = -1,692 + 0,335 X1. In addition, hypothetical analysis results T calculation ≥ ttable (3,001 > 2,026). In other word, motivation influences significantly toward workforce productivity as in equation Y = -1,692 + 0,754 X2. Hypothetical test demonstrates the value of T calculation ≥ T table (6,404 > 2,026). It means job satisfactory influences significantly toward workforce productivity. Double linear regression analysis shows Y = -1,692 + 0,335 X1 + 0,754 X2 equation. The value of F is bigger than table F ( 142,214 > 3,252). Therefore, it can be concluded that Ho is not supported and H1 is is supported. In other word, motivation and job satisfactory influenced significantly toward workforce productivity.
