- The effect of direct supervision and work motivation on employee’s discipline at Distribution Warehouse Departement PT. Dolpin Putra Sejati Cikande Serang is the title essay of the thesis from Nisa Selfiyani (5551102726), students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University Faculty of Economic Departemen of Human Resource Management under the guidance of Eloh Bahiroh, SE., MM as mentors I and Emma Suryani, SE., MM as mentors II. This study aimed to investigate the effect of direct supervision and work motivation on employee’s discipline at Distribution Warehouse Departement PT. Dolpin Putra Sejati Cikande Serang. The method used of research is quantitative method. The samples used in this study is the entire population of employee’s as 60 respondents. Based on the analysis by using statistical software SPSS 16 is known that the regression equation Y = 0.756 + 0.263 X 1 + 0.864 X 2 multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0.885, which means that there is a strong and significant relationship between direct supervision and work motivation on employee’s discipline, while the coefficient of determination (Kd) = 78.3% to point out the effect of direct supervision and work motivation on employee’s discipline, while the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
