- Human activity around Ciwaka Reservoir could changes its water quality. Water from domestic sewage, agriculture and aquaculture deteriorate the water quality that can causing pollution in Ciwaka Reservoir. Purpose of the research is to find out pollution index in Ciwaka Reservoir. The research conducted from March 15 th to April 10 th , 2016. Three observed stations are the inlet, center and outlet. The measured Parameters are BOD, phosphate, nitrate, DO, pH, turbidity, TSS and temperature. Water samples determined at water quality test laboratory Water Resources and Human Settlements Agency in Ciracas-Serang. The research use pollution index method which is compared to goverment regulation No 82 of 2001 for class II and III. The research showed that for class II, Ciwaka classified as lightly polluted with the value ranges between 2.21-2.55. For class III Ciwaka Reservoir is still in good condution with the value ranges between 0.44-0.54. Keywords: Ciwaka reservoir, phosphate, pollution, sewage.
