- Performance measurement is the most important thing for every construction firmto survive in the business world of competitive so can increase profit andcandevelopcompany construction was for the satisfaction of customers using construction services ofthe companies. This research used a case study of PT. Gemilang Karya Mandiri (GKM)whichaims to find out for variables affecting the company performance construction,know theapplication of theSWOTanalysis(Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities, andThreats) instrategies company,know the level the measurement of the company performanceusingbalance scorecard (BSC) on the basis of four perspective thatare the perspective of afinancial,customer, internal of business process and the process of learning and growthas well as to find out which way to evaluate the performance of the companyconstruction.This research used study of literature, the data company, interviews andquestionnaires as processed data research. The results based on the application of SWOT shows PT.GKMneed to changeweakness into strengthand threat intoopportunity.The measurement of the companyperformance construction using balance scorecard(BSC) inPT.GKMalready fairlywell.EvaluationPT.GKM is expandingand developingnetwork, trainingof ISO9000series for the employee and quality control must be continue with full control,maintenance equipment, grouping each project, project evaluation formerly must beconsidered and tomotivate the employees by providing various facilities which cansupporttheemployee performance.
