- This study aims to determine the effect of third-party funds, non-performing loan and Interest rate of loan on the distribution of funds to the manufacturing sector. The analysis model used to analyze the data is multiple linear regressions while the method using OLS (Ordinary Least Square) with the data period from June 2010 to December 2015. Based on the results with partial test (t-Test) the variable Third Party Fund and Interest rate of loan have a significant positive effect on the distribution of funds to the manufacturing sector. Meanwhile the Non Performing Loans has a significant negative effect on the distribution of funds to the manufacturing sector. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F- test) for the Third Party Funds, Non Performing Loan and the loan interest rate has a significant effect on the distribution of funds to the manufacturing sector. The rate coefficient of determination (R 2 ) for the variables which affectt to the distribution of funds for the manufacturing sector amounted to 99,4%. That precetage means the independent variables in the model which able to explain the dependent variabel at 99,4%. The remaining precetage 0,6% is explained by the variables outside this model.
