- The purpose of this study is to analyze the amount of value-added fish Payus (Elops hawaiensis), analyze the amount of remuneration of labor is spent, and analyze the amount of profit earn on home industry fish Payus crackers. This research is conduct from March to June (4 months) in 2015 with research sites in the village of Domas, District Pontang, Serang. The used method for this study is the census method, which is used primary data in the form of field observations and questionnaire. The secondary data in the form of book. The sample used is to use census, as many as 16 home industries that make fish crackers Payus in the village of Domas. Data processing research using quantitative analysis. Results from this study is the added value deriv from production activities fish Payus processing into products Payus crackers is Rp. 24.876,8/Kg of raw materials (35,96 % of the value per unit of raw materials), labor remuneration earn from production activities amounted Rp.5.640,72/Kg of raw materials (22,67 % of the added value received by producers), and profits earn from production activities amounting to Rp.19.236,08/Kg (27,80%).
