- Melinjo has known to the public as a versatile plant. In general, melinjo planted as cover crops around the house, at the edge of fields or vacant land as plant penghijau. Almost edible part is the young leaves, flowers, vegetables and fruits are used. One of processed agricultural products are used as a product agribisnis to profit-based melinjo into chips. In the village of the District Kaduagung Gunungsari utilize melinjo as the main raw material for producing chips, because the chips would be worth doing it economic after the production process chips. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of Production Cost of Revenue, BEP (Break Even Point) And Efficiency. Types of Research Using Quantitative Methods. Location determination is done in village districts Kaduagung Gunungsari Decision Respondents in this study are the Census Method For Data 21 people, the data used primary and secondary data From Results Total Cost of Household Industrial craftsman chips melinjo Per Month Rp. 2,697,467.99 Admission is Rp 7.290 .00,00. Sales revenue Rp.4.592.532,01 BEP Rp. 362,160.81. BEP Production And Value Ratio 12,07 Kg R/C 2.74. Industry can be concluded that chips melinjo Kaduagung Village District of Gunungsari Profitable And Development Decent.
