- Qadr Tangerang hospital is a public services which consumen large of electrical energy. Energy audit was used to make it more efficient of electricity savings based on technical and economic considerations. Analysis of electrical energy consumption was used by collecting data and calculating the (Energy Consumption Intensity),we implemented the Energy Saving Opportunities in lighting and air conditioning systems. In lighting system, using LED lights are more efficient. Which in air conditioning systems was used by replacing the refrigerant with Musicool and AC inverter. Current lights in Qadr Tangerang Hospital replaced by 20-watt LED lights which it has the same lumen value 2600 lumens. Consumption AC before replaced refrigerant at 939.188,8 kWh while using the Musicool only at 624.668,73 kWh and at 662,802.624 kWh with AC inverter. For the lighting system of 206.096,52 kWh after replaced the LED light into 150.558,05 kWh.
