- Sistem Komputerisasi Tenaga kerja Luar Negeri (SISKOTKLN) is an online system for placement TKI (Indonesian Overseas Workers) administration service and issuance of overseas workers card which involved all relevant stakeholders. This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of application SISKOTKLN at the National Board Placement and Protection of Indonesian Overseas Workers (Study at BP3TKI, PPTKIS and Employment Department in Province level Banten). The researcher used the theory of DeLone and McLean (2003:9) i.e. six indicator that suggests the effectiveness or success of information systems. The researcher used descriptive quantitative method. The number of population in this study were 34 people. The researcher used sampling saturation technique. The data analysis technique in this study used one sample t-test by the right side test. The calculations showed t-count is greater than t-table (12.01> 1.692), it could be concluded Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Based on the scores obtained from the results of the study, indicated that the level of effectiveness of application SISKOTKLN reached 79%, showed that has been effective. The researcher suggests that system should be developed anymore to increase the quality of the system, besides, it necessary to conserve and rechecked toward the system, increasing toward completed and accuration of information, adding human resources and improved system integration.
