- This study aims to 1) analyze the influence of leadership parsiap against labor discipline teacher at Public Junior High School 2 Pasarkemis 2) analyze the effect of partially, motivation towards work discipline teachers, 3) the effect of simultaneously between leadership and motivation towards work discipline of teachers, as well as Which dominant influence between the variables of leadership and motivation to work, to work discipline teachers in Public Junior High School 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang.This study used a qualitative approach with the approach survey method. Population of this research is all Public Junior High School 2 Pasarkemis bersetatus both civil servants and non-civil servants as many as 42 teachers. Data were analyzed using SPSS 17 by descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that: 1) Leadership effect on the discipline teacher performance regression and correlation correlation koefisien 0,721, 2) Work motivation affect the performance of teachers to discipline koefisin regression and correlation correlation sebesarbesar 0,520, and 3) leadership and discipline simultaneously affect the working discipline teachers in Public Junior High School 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang. Leadership is a variable that has the most dominant influence on the level of discipline teachers in Public Junior High School 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang. This can be explained that, employee discipline will always increase when more decisive leadership in implementing leadership in order to improve a good work ethic.It is recommended that every school that wants to improve work discipline teachers have principals who have the attitude and the nature of good leadership. In addition, the teacher must have a good motivation to work so that it will affect the work discipline.
