- This research was aimed to determine Think Talk Write (TTW) learning method toward student’s cognitive ability of 7 grade on the concept the impact of pollution to lifein SMP Negeri 4 Pandeglang.Population of this research were all students of 7 th th grade at SMP Negeri 4 Pandeglang academic year 2013/2014 with the sample was VII A as a control class and VII D as an experimental class. The method used was quasy experimental with randomized control group design.The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. Data obtained through objective test, and observation sheets.The result showed that student’s cognitive ability average was 80,1, included to svery good category. Based on ttest analysis showed that TTW increased student’s cognitive ability in impact of pollution to lifeconcept in 7 grade student’s of SMPN 4 Pandeglang.
