  • This study aimed to determine whether there is a relationship between the perception of school leadership with teachers' competencies, the relationship between motivation and competence of teachers working with teachers, and whether there is a relationship between the perception of school leadership and achievement motivation together with the competence of teachers. The method used is quantitative research, using survey by the respondents are correlational techniques junior high school teacher Bismillah Integrated Sub Padarincang of 20 teachers who were randomized from 33 guru.Teknik subject population as the unit of analysis, the study population and sampling results studi.Berdasarkan analysis of data obtained Ry (1,2) = 0.885. and the significance of test results with statistical multiple correlation coefficient obtained Freg F = 18.794, while the multiple regression equation or model the relationship between the variables X1 and X2 on Y is U = 72.621 + 0.165 X1 + 0.241 X2 statistically significant. Donations by variable attitudes toward school leadership and motivation performance of teacher competence is equal to 50.39%. From these data it can be concluded that the third hypothesis which says there is a relationship between perceptions of principal leadership and motivation to work together with the competence of teachers kebenarannya.guru proved unacceptable to rhitung> r table or 0.864> 0.443 at a significance level of 0.05. The hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and competence of teachers acceptable to count r> r table or 0.854> 0.443 at significance level of 0.05. Hypothesis which says there is a significant relationship between attitudes toward school leadership and achievement motivation together with the competence of teachers can be received with rhitung> r table or 0.885> 0.443. While the significance of test results obtained multiple correlation reg F = 18.794, while in db = 2 and dk = 37 and a significance level of 5% F value = 3.255. Because F reg> F or 18.794> 3.255 it can be said that the correlation coefficient means or significant.
