  • This type of research experiments. 2x2 factorial design used. The study population was odd semester class IX students of SMP Negeri 1Binuang district. Binuang Kab. Attacking the Academic Year 2014-2015. The sample selection was done by using cluster sampling by 2 class, consisting of experimental classes and control classes. The technique of collecting using question naires and objective tests. Were analyzed using descriptive analysis and test Liliefors and Barletttest. The results showed that1.significant difference in learning outcomes between learning model of Jigsaw with student swho use conventional learning model. Obtained results F =35.34 is greater than the value F =1.20 significance level of 5% (Fhit =35.34 > Ftab (α =0.05; db.1; 56) =1.02). 2.Difference between student swho have high emotional intelligence with student swho have lowe emotional intelligence. Obtained results F hit tab =90.48is greater than the value F =1.02 significance level of 5% (Fhit =0.04>Ftab (α =0.05; db.1; 56) =1.02). 3.Influence the interaction between learning tab model with emotional intelligence. Obtained results F =1.47 is greater than the value F tab hit =1.02 significance level of 5% (Fhit =1.47>Ftab (0,05; 1,56) =1.02. 4.There is a difference between student who using jigsaw cooperative learning model that has high emotional intelligence with students who use conventional learning models that have high emotional intelligence. the results obtained indicate F =18.09 is greater than the value F =2.89 significance level of 5% (Fhit =18, 09>Ftab (α =0.05; db.3; 26) =2.89. 5. There isa significant difference in learning outcomes between tab students who used the Jigsaw cooperative learning model that has low emotional intelligence to students who use conventional learning model who have low emotional intelligence. the results obtained indicate F =9.04 is greater than the value F tab hit =2.89 significance level of 5% (Fhit =9.04>Ftab (α =0.05; db.3; 26) =2,89. 6.There are differences in the results of students us ing cooperative learning model jigsaw and who have high emotional intelligence with students using cooperative learning model jigsaw and who have low emotional intelligence. Obtained results F hit =13.95 is greater than the value F tab hit hit =2.89 significance level of 5% (Fhit =13.95>Ftab (α =0.05; db.3; 26) =2.89. 7.There differences in learning outcomes of students who use jigsaw cooperative learning model that has high emotional intelligence with students who use conventional learning models that have low emotional intelligence. the results obtained indicate F =78.21 is greater than the value F tab hit =2.89 significance level of 5% (Fhit=78.21>Ftab (α=0.05;db.3;26)=2.89
