  • Nowaday business competition is no longer competition between companies but competition between the supply chain network (supply chain). To determine the achievement of supply chain performance this time and the extent of supply chain management success that has been run, necessary to measure supply chain performance. This reserach aims to determine the critical indicators of the performance of the supply chain that would become the focus of the proposed improvements. Measurements of supply chain performance on Lean Six Sigma Supply Chain Management is done by using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) just up to 1st level while for improving the performance of supply chain is done by using Lean Six Sigma. Based on the survey results revealed that a critical indicator is the Order Fulfillment Lead Time with the gap percentage is 16,12% of the target score . Waste that most influence is waiting where determination of this waste is obtained based on the event frequency.. The next step, identify the waiting cause roots that resulted Order Fulfillment Lead Time becomes a critical indicator. Proposed improvements given to three (3) types of failures that have the greatest risk value. Proposed improvements given is to have policy about inventory cost, total production policy improvements, and improve the lead time measurement way.
