  • PT SSA is a company engaged in construction servicec. In the period of working on a project at PT RPU about the construction Warehouse 15M x 26M has been tardiness for 12 days with a target completion date of 2 October 2015 but retreated until 14 October 2015, it is because the national holiday, worker productivity decreases after holiday, delay of material and the result of steel finishing to the working area, and the mistakes size of steel structure so it must be regenerated. PT SSA got a penalty cost of PT RPU by 1% of the contract value of the project. PT SSA need to do a project control to overcome these problems by combining project management with project risk management to minimize the risk of tardiness on the project and choose an alternative proposed better improvements to minimize the risk of project tardines, so that obtained the completion project with minimal risks. CPM method (Critical Path Method) is processed using Micrososft Project 2013, and PRM method (Project Risk Management) used in this study .Used two alternatives proposed improvement to the approach of crashing program and utilization the lines of free slack time. Crashing program selected as an alternative proposed improvements because it has more minimal risks.The results of crashing program obtained completion time of project on target with duration 53 working days while actual condition 65 working days, the project cost to Rp 735.142.000, and the project profit 18,32% of the cotract value of project.
