- The aim of this study was to determine the effect membelajarkan yaga and motivation for passing on the ball game voli.Sampel research is 40 students of junior Agnes Hadid Cilegon city, and conducted experimental studies with desaun 2x2 factorial, the data were analyzed using ANOVA? (analysis of variance) followed by tukey.Hasil test showed that (1) in general, there is a difference between teaching style command sinigfikan and style of teaching practice, (2) students with high motivation receiving learning with teaching style to the style of teaching practice , compared with the teaching style of command, (3) students with low motivation to accept learning teaching style commando compared with the style of teaching practice, (4) the interaction between teaching style and motivation for passing over a game of volleyball for students. the results of the research, it is necessary to consider the motivation of the students in the development of passing on skills attainment. This study, because it serves as a motivation for a positive drive student learning, the learning objectives can be achieved with good, need also choose the style of teaching that is appropriate for students with different motivations.
