  • This research was aimed to know: 1). The direct connection of academic supervision principals (X1) and work motivation of teachers (X2) on teacher performance (Y), 2). Direct relationship of teachers' work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y), 3). The direct connection of academic supervision principals (X1) on teacher performance (Y). This research used ex post facto approach (non-experimental) with a correlational design, so in this study did not conduct research, but the treatment of the variabels to study the facts that have occurred and been done by the research subjects. That is manipulating research variable was not done, but just dig the facts by using a questionnaire which contains a number of questions/statements that reflect their perception of the variables studied. The result showed that: 1). There was a positive relationship academic supervision principals (X1) and work motivation of teachers (X2) together with the teacher's performance (Y). Through tests of significance using the F distribution, obtained calculated F value of 14.439, while the price of critical value of F table with 2 degrees of (0.05) obtained a value of 3.32 F table so proved that F count (14.439) > F table (3.32), 2). There was a positive relationship academic supervision principals (X1) with teacher performance (Y). Through statistical tests of significance with t test, t values obtained for b1 of 3.435 while t table 0.042. Thus t value (3.435) > t table (0,042), 3). There was a positive relationship with the teacher work motivation (X2) with teacher performance (Y). Through statistical tests of significance with t test, obtained t value for b2 at 2,752 while t table 0.042. Thus t value (2.752) > t table (0,042)
