- The objective of the research are to describe the positive and significant relation between teacher‟s competence with teacher performance, among the working climate with teacher performance, and the competence of teachers and the working climate with the math teacher performance. The population consisted of 107 teachers and 84 samples of mathematics teachers in theJunior High Schoolas the city of Serang. time of the study began in October 2014 to January 2015. The study uses a quantitative approach to the correlation method, this research is also shaped by using descriptive survey research. In this study, descriptive statistics and parametric receipts, the type of data used is the interval Likert scale model. Data processing is done through the help of a computer with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 17.0. The researcher found out same conclusions after conducting the research, such as: Competence teacher has a positive and significant relationship with teacher performance correlation coefficient at 0.768 and t test > t , showed 10.849> 2, 000. The work climate has a positive and significant relationship with teacher performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.686 and t table test > t , showed 8.534> 2.000. Simultaneously, teacher competence and work climate has a positive and significant relationship with the teacher's performance is characterized by a correlation coefficient of 0.789 and F test > F table , showed 66.82> 3.44.
