  • Internal customer satisfaction represent one of indication that created primaservice a education institute. Target of this research is to know: (1) therelationship which are positive and signifikan between leadership style ofheadmaster by parsial with Internal customer satisfaction; (2) The relationwhich are positive and signifikan between teacher work motivation by parsialwith Internal customer satisfaction; (3) the relationship which are positive andsignifikan between workclimate by parsial with Internal customer satisfaction;(4) the relationship which are positive and signifikan between leadership styleof headmaster, teacher work motivation and work climate by simultan withInternal customer satisfaction in town of Serang . This Research useapproach of correlation study with population of junior high schools in town ofSerang, and sampel taken by purposive sampling counted 153 people.Variable in this penelitain consist of three free variable that is: leadership styleof headmaster (X 1 ), teacher work motivation (X v 2 ), work climate (X ) and onevariable tied that is: internal customer satisfaction(Y).Data collected by usinga questionnaire. The data were collected then analyzed by using technique ofanalysis simple correlation data, double correlation, significance test,coefficient of determinasi, simple regresi and double regresi constructivelySPSS ver 21.The result showed that: (1) there are relation which are positiveand signifikan between leadership styleof headmaster (X ) by parsial withinternal customer satisfaction with correlation value 0,677 and value ofsignifikasi < 0,05; (2) there arerelation which are positive and signifikanbetween teacher work motivation (X 2 1 ) by parsial with internal customersatisfaction with correlation value 0,349andvalue of signifikasi < 0,05; (3)there are relation which are positive and signifikan between work climate (X )by parsial with internal customer satisfaction with correlation value 0,591 andvalue of signifikasi < 0,05; (4) there are relation which are positive andsignifikan between leadership style of headmaster (X ) teacher workmotivation (X 2 ) and work climate (X 3 1 ) by simultan with internal customersatisfaction with correlation value 0,767 and value of signifikasi< 0,05
