  • This research aims to understand the relationship between clinical supervision and competence pedagogical teachers with the performance of a high school teacher affairs in serang city. A population of 490 people sample teachers and teacher 80 people. Data was gathered through poll, next analyzed using a technique double regression analysis program 20.0 spss version. The research results show that: (1) a relation between supervision clinical (X1) with the performance of teachers (Y) produce figures t observation of 2,309 > 1.993 ( t table ) means that the value supervision the school principal (X1) dealing with the performance of teachers (Y) , large to do is as much as 0,238 it means the size of the variant performance teacher who influenced supervision of clinical 18,049 %, (2) the influence competence pedagogical teachers (X2) producing figures t observation of 2,292 > 1.993 (t table) means that the value competence pedagogical teachers (X2) dealing with the performance of teachers (Y) large to do is as much as 0,183 it means the size of the variant performance teacher who influenced competence pedagogical teachers 18,3 % as much as, and (3) the influence of supervision test clinical (X1) and competence pedagogical teachers (X2) of an teachers (Y) of assay anova obtained fhitung 65,536 as much as with a level of significance < 0,001 it, while ftabel in accordance with economic situation significance 0.05 of 3,95 so fhitung > ftabel (65,536 > 3,95) Statistically it means the data used to prove that all the variables free (supervision of clinical and the competence of pedagogical ) influential on the performance of teachers .Or in other words the head of school supervision (X1), competence in a pedagogical (X2) together impact on the performance of teachers (Y). In conclusion of this research is supervision clinical and pedagogical teachers competence both a partial and together associated positive and significantly to the results of performance of teachers high schools in the city of serang with large influence 63 %. It is suggested that the head of school supervision convey plan supervision and the results of earlier to teachers before supervise
