- The purpose of the research is to know the influence among the principal academic supervision and the effect of teacher‟s motivation to their work either individually or in group based on their performance in all SMK East Serang Region. This research uses quantitative description approuch consist of that is principal academic supervision of principal (X 1 ), teacher‟s motivation (X 2 ) and teacher‟s performance (Y). Population in this research are all teachers in SMK East Serang of 314 teachers 80 teachers as a sample. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques use of primary data take from the resources using questionnaire and secondary data. It is source of document teacher‟s data, the result of interview and observation at all SMK teacher East Serang Region. The processing of data using simple linear regression, to know the influence of individually and multiple linear regression to know influence in group with significant level of 5%. The results of the data analysis is obtained as follows: (1) Principal supervision has a positive and significant effect on teacher‟s performance with a significant level of 0.000 (p <0.05) as well as the principal academic supervision of principal (X 1 ) contributed to teacher‟s motivation (Y) of 22,2%, (2) Teacher‟s motivation have positive and significant effect on teacher‟s performance with a significant level of 0.000 (p <0.05) as well as teacher‟s motivation (X 2 ) contribute to teacher‟s performance variable (Y) of 18,6%, (3) The principal academic supervision and performance motivation in group have a positive and significant effect on teacher‟s performance with a significant level of 0.000 (p <0.05), the principal academic supervision of principal (X 1 ) and teacher‟s motivation (X 2 ) in group both contribute to teacher‟s performance (Y) of 35,7%. Recommendation and advice to all involved in this reasch is the teacher principle involvement in compiling academic supervision program and give motivation to the teacher, to rised up teacher in performance
