- The relationship between the achievement motivation and situational leadership performance by teachers Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Cilegon, Thesis. The research problem studied is the Relationship between Achievement Motivation and Leadership Situational with Teacher Performance Madrasah Aliyah Cilegon City. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is relationship between achievement motivation and situational leadership with teacher perpormance madrasah aliyah cilegon city country. The method used is a survey research with quantitative approach. Data collected by questionnaire covered.The study sample consisted of 58 teachers from the country town of Cilegon madrasah aliyah. Data collection techniques using the average trend calculations. Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis in a simple way and double to see the correlation between variables. Significance test using the F test and t test with SPSS 16.0 for windows. The calculations show variable Achievement Motivation (X1) and Leadership variable (X2) with variable Teacher Performance (Y) at the output of the significance test related to the coefficient 0.327, which means there is a positive relationship in moderate levels.
