- The research aims to enhance the cognitive development and creativity of learnings by utilizing interactive compact disk. The subject were student play group UPTD Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Kab. Serang wewre 8 people, with the reseach metods used with this of action reseach classroom model of Kemmis and Taggart. And the technique of collecting data through observation and fiels notes, as well as using tree cycles that include cycle I, cycle II and cycle III. The result showed and increase in cognitive development from cycle I and cycle II seen improvement in cycle I student who have not progressed as a much 5 people (63%), 2 people (25%) began to develop an envolved as expected 1 person (13%). It can be concluded that the use of interactive learning media compact disk can improved cognitive development and creativity children aged 3-4 years.
