  • This study aimed to determine the correlation between the student science process skill with cognitive used experimental method in role of bacteria in human life subconsept at student of class X MAN Pulomerak. The method used in this study was descriptive correlational. The population in this study were all students of class X MAN Pulomerak in semester I academic year 2015/2016. The sample in this study were the student of class X MIA 2 were consisted 39 student. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling techniques. The results of this study using the pearson product moment correlation analysis, obtained of value the correlation between the science process skill with cognitive was 0,762, classified in a strong criteria. Based on the result of this study, obtained of significant value is 0,00 (0,00 ≤ 0,05), can concluded that there are strong and positive correlation between the student science process skill with cognitive used experimental method in role of bacteria in human life subconcept at student of class X MAN Pulomerak.
