  • This study aims to examine the effect of the performance measurement system to organizational performance through strategic decision making as an intervening variable and the dynamics of the environment as a moderating variable. This research is repplikasi and development of research conducted by Josep Bisbee and Ricardo Malagueno (2012). Object of this research is a manufacturing company in the province of Banten. This study is an empirical study with purposive sampling technique in data collection. Data obtained with a questionnaire that has been deployed to the Middle Manager in companies listed in Disperindag Banten, the questionnaire return rate of 60% ie 147 respondents. Data was analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart program PLS (Partial Least Square). Hypothesis testing results show that of the four hypotheses proposed three hypotheses are accepted. Hoptesis accepted that hypothesis 1 (Strategig Performance Measurement System significant positive effect on Strategic Decision Making), hypothesis 2 (Comprehensiveness of Strategic Decision Arrays significant positive effect on Organizational Performance), hypothesis 3 (Environmental Dynamics moderate the relationship between Strategic Performance Measurement Systems for Comprehensiveness of Strategic Decision Arrays), hypothesis 4 (Environmental Dynamics did not moderate the relationship between Strategic Performance Measurement System on Organizational performance).
