- This study aimed to describe: 1). Implementation of efforts to improve public reading through smart car at the Village Lebak svelte District of Citangkil also impact rising against the public interest, it can be seen from the increase in people who are visiting public reading, the number of books borrowed is increasing, the public can also obtain more information actual , science and skills in accordance with the wishes of the people. And the factors driving and inhibiting execution boost the interest of public reading, supporting factors such as the interest of the public to read, inhibiting factors such as the lack of management of the implementation of efforts to boost the interest of public reading through smart car.
