- This study aims to determine the influence of contextual learning model and critical thinking skills to the learning outcomes biology. The research method used experimental method with 2x2 factorial design. The sample consisted of 31 students were divided into four groups, each group consisting of 8 students, group I (the experimental class students to think critically high); group II (experimental class students to think critically low); Group III (control class students to think critically high); group IV (control class students to think critically low). The independent variable in this study is contextual learning model (X1), critical thinking skills moderator variables (X2), and the dependent variable biology of learning outcomes (Y). The instrument used was the instrument test the students' critical thinking skills and test results of study biology. The analysis technique used is Anova two lane. The results showed that: (1). There are differences in the biology of learning outcomes among students who use contextual learning model with students who use inquiry learning model Fhitung 5.509> 4.08 Ftabel, (2). There are differences in the biology of learning outcomes among students who have high critical thinking skills with students who have the ability to think critically low Fhitung 2.921> 2.678 Ftabel, (3). There is the influence of the interaction between the model of contextual learning and critical thinking skills to the learning outcomes biology Fhitung 4.360> 4.08 Ftabel, (4). There are differences in learning outcomes Biology Students Who uses contextual learning model and have high critical thinking skills and the use of inquiry learning model and have the ability to think critically high. (5). From the data results of a further test by Tukey's test showed sig 0.934> 0.05 can be stated that the results of studying biology student using contextual learning model and have the ability to think critically low with the use of inquiry learning model and have the ability to think critically low differ significantly tidah , (6). From the data results of a further test by Tukey's test showed sig 0.026 <0.05 indicates that contextual learning model gives a greater influence on student learning outcomes which has the ability to think critically low. (7). From the data obtained from the data Tukey test showed sig 1.000> 0.05 it indicates that the inquiry learning model does not give effect to the results of study biology. From these results we can conclude that through the model of contextual learning and critical thinking skills affect the learning outcomes biology class XII SMAN 1 Cilograng.
