  • The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Describe the management of the principal effect on the performance of teaching; 2) Describe the interpersonal skills affect the performance of teachers to teach; 3) Describe the management of the principal influence on the interpersonal skills of teachers; 4) Describe the principal management and interpersonal skills of teachers jointly affect the performance of teaching in vocational Avicena Rajeg District of Tangerang Regency. This type of research is a survey research. Number of sample set 37 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed: 1) There is a school principal management influence on the performance of teachers teaching in vocational Avicena Rajeg District of Tangerang Regency. This influence is shown by the coefficient of determination of 47.3%. 2) There is the influence of the interpersonal skills of teachers to teach the performance of teachers in vocational Avicena Rajeg District of Tangerang Regency. This influence is shown by the coefficient of determination of 50.5%. 3) There is the influence of the principal management of the interpersonal skills of teachers in vocational Avicena Rajeg District of Tangerang Regency. This influence is shown by the determination coefficient of 62%. 4) There is the influence of the principal management and interpersonal skills of teachers together to the performance of teachers teaching in vocational Avicena Rajeg District of Tangerang Regency. The influence is shown by the coefficient of determination of 54.8%.
