- Performance of teachers is one of determining factors in improving the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine : The effect of leadership style principal on teacher performance ; effect completeness of educational facilities on teacher performance ; and the effect leadership style principal and completeness of educational facilities on teacher performance. This type of research is research explanation (explanatory research). Total sampleset of 77 responden from teacher. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed : There is a positive and significant effect leaderhips style principal toward teacher performance with correlation coefficient 0,025 coefficient of determination of 94,5 % and regression equation Y = 84,688 + 0,152X1. Thus, the better the leaderships style of the principal, it will better the performance of teachers. There is a positive and significant effect completeness of educational facilities toward teacher performance with correlation coefficient 0,03 coefficient of determination of 50,3%, and the regression equation Y = 94,983 + 0,35X2. Thus, the higher the completeness of educational fasilities, the higher the performance of the teachers. There is a positive and significant effect leaderships style principal and completeness of educational facilities toward teacher performance with correlation coefficient 0,27 coefficient of determination of 76,3% and regression equation Y= 81,107 +0,4X1 + 0,149X2. Thus, the better the leaderships style principal and completeness of educational facilities, then it will better the performance of teacher
