  • This study examines the influence of the open unemployment rate, GDP per capita, and the provincial minimum wage to the percentage of poor people in Indonesia, in this case to 16 provinces in 2010 - 2014. The purpose of this study is expected to analyze how much influence variables open unemployment rate, GDP per capita and the provincial minimum wage to the percentage of poor people in Indonesia so that might be expected to be used as a basis in determining policy in addressing percentage of poor people in Indonesia. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and browsing the internet website as a supporter. While the methods of analysis used in this study is the method of linear regression analysis of data panel with FEM method with the help of software Eviews 8. The results of this study indicate that the open unemployment rate variable significant positive effect on the percentage of poor population, GDP per capita variable significant negative effect on the percentage of poor, provincial minimum wage variable but no significant negative effect on the percentage of poor people in Indonesia.
