- The research is been background due to the low creative thinking competency and social science learning outcomes in 4 th grade elemmentary school. The porpose of the research is knowing how to increase creative thinking competency and student learning outcomes with scientific approach method in social science learning 4 th grade elemetary school. The research method is used by qualitative method action class research with John Elliot Model. The research has 3 cyclus, in every cyclus consist of 3 actions. The instrument research is worksheet student, evaluation sheet, observation sheet, manual interview, field note, and documentation. The research carried out in SDN Sekejati 4 with 33 students. The research result is excalation of creative thinking competency and outcomes learning students in every cyclus. In this research, we got everage of students creative thinking in cyclus 1 is 35.76 with low category, in cyclus II is 52,69 with medium category and in cyclus III we have 68,73 with high category. The everage of learning outcomes is 66,15, in cyclus II is 76,56 and in cyclus III is 88,38. The conclusion of this research is by being implementation of scientific approach in social science learning for elemtary school able to excalation creative thinking competency and outcomes leaning student.
