- This research aim to know big the influence of the exchange rate, inflation, Price Earning Ratio(PER) and the Price to Book Value (PBV) against Financial Distress as a bound variable in the partial case studies on the company's textiles and textile products. This research is based on the hypothesis that refers to research Rini Rachmawati (2010) that examines the macro and micro variables against financial hardship in the textile and product textile company, macro variable use inflation, interest rates and exchange rates as a variable by using micro- current ratio, debt ratio, inventory turnover, net profit margin, cash flow growth. The population of this research is the textile industry and textile products were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the year research period 2010 to year 2013. This research sample taken using Purposive Sampling method. Data collection techniques used are literature studies and documentation methods. The method used is descriptive analysis method and the method of inferensial. Analysis techniques were used to test the hypothesis is the multiple coefficient of determination of the regression analysis and test of t by first doing a classic assumption test by using SPSS 20. Based on the results of research partially inflation has no effect against the financial distress. Variable rate partially nor influence of financial distress. Variable Price Earning Ratio (PER) no effect partially to financial distress. Variable Price to Book Value (PBV) also has no effect on arsial against financial distress.
