- The development of children soft motoric at TK Islam Nusantara is still low, is caused by several things such as: the available media is so limited dan less relevant by the aim learning especially in increasing of children soft motoric ability, the method and strategy by the teacher was variated yet in learning process and the teacher creativity in supplying learning media which support children finger and hand activity especially in the usage of learning media is still less. The research method used in this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects cosists of 13 children at TK Islam Nusantara Serang, Banten located at Jl. Ki Ajurum RT 05 RW 17 No. 15 Sempu – Serang, Banten. Technique data collection was done by using observation, interview, field record and documentation. The implementation of research was done by 2 cycle, Cycle I consists of 8 times action and Cycle II consists of 2 times action. This research result showed that children soft motoric ability was developed optimumly, because on learning process started by establising RPPH, and preparing media used during activity to usage of second-hand, then doing actioning and observing each cycle and doing reflection to reform less good activity. The children be able to train finger or hand muscles, the children be able to coordinate muscle and eyes, the children be able to use 2, 3, and 5 their fingers, the children be able to color and deceive appropriate with the pattern, the children be able to fold orderly, the children be able to mixing color, waqs found by the presentate result: on pre-research, the children soft motoric ability was 24%, after the children gived the action on Cycle I, the children soft motoric ability was increased become 44%, on Cycle II reached the result as much 83%. Finally, the children soft motoric ability are advance and on very good development. In conclusion that by the usage of second-hand media can increasing children soft motoric ability age 5-6 years old at TK Islam Nusantara Serang, Banten.
