  • Stevia usually produced by conventional methode as cultivated by seeds or stem cutting, which have problems like poor harvesting and plant didn’t growth together. In vitro are proved as methode for producing stevia in many stock at short time especially callus induction. The aimed of this research was to study the Effect of Varian Type of Auxin and Concentrations Medium MS of Stevia plant (Stevia rebaudiana) for Callus Induction. The research used completely randomized design two factors with 4 replications and used stevia’s leaf as explant. The first were variation type of auxin like 2,4-D, NAA and IAA and second factor were concentrations of medium MS thereare 1/2 MS, 1 MS, 1 1⁄2 MS. The Results showed that combination of 2,4-D and 1 MS exhibited better for callus induction at 17,75 days cultured and diameter of callus after 4 weeks but didn’t work in the next week. In this study, green yellowish and friable callus as dominated color and texture. Explant gave 75 % callusing explant and 0% at contamination and browning callus.
