- The Supreme Court realized that all this buildup peradialan case at every level, both in the PN, PT and MA. The purpose of this study was to analyze normative whether Perma No. 1 of 2008 may be the factors that influence the effectiveness of the mediation process in the District Court. The results of the study showed that Perma No.1 of 2008 is one of the factors that influence the effectiveness of the mediation procedure in the District Court with a variety of provisions that could lead to an effective mediation procedure including the enactment of mandatory powers, the availability of various qualified mediator which can be chosen by the parties, the cost of calling parties while charged kepaada Plaintiffs, and the provision of mechanisms and procedures for mediation at the appellate level, cassation, review and mediation outside the court.
