- This study aims to: 1) Describe the principal supervisory relationship to the learning outcomes in thematic learning in SDN Kutabumi 1 Pasarkemis District of Tangerang regency; 2) Describe the relationship pedagogic competence of teachers on learning outcomes in thematic learning in SDN Kutabumi 1 Pasarkemis District of Tangerang regency; and 3) to describe the relationship supervision of the school principal and teacher competence pedagogic together on learning outcomes in thematic learning in SDN Kutabumi 1 Pasarkemis District of Tangerang Regency. This research is a correlational study. Number of sample set of 9 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed: 1) There is a relationship supervision of the headmaster to the learning outcomes in thematic learning in SDN Kutabumi 1 Pasarkemis District of Tangerang Regency. Positive relationship shown by the coefficient of correlation of 0,724. This means, the better supervision of the principal, it will be better the learning outcomes in thematic learning. 2) There is a relationship pedagogic competence of teachers on learning outcomes in thematic learning in SDN Kutabumi 1 Pasarkemis District of Tangerang Regency. Positive relationship shown by the coefficient of correlation of 0,868. This means, the better the pedagogic competence of teachers, it would be better the learning outcomes in thematic learning. 3) There is a relationship supervision of the school principal and teacher competence pedagogic together on learning outcomes in thematic learning in SDN Kutabumi 1 Pasarkemis District of Tangerang Regency. The positive relationship shown by the coefficient of correlation of 0,890. This means, the better supervision of the school principal and teachers pedagogic competence, it will be better the learning outcomes in thematic learning.
