- The family as the first school and the school as a second education should always be jointly educating and guiding children. there are many activities that can be done, in this case is a parenting program that aims to harmonize family and school education. the purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the relationship between parenting programs with early childhood learning motivation; 2) the relationship between parental guidance with early childhood learning motivation; 3) the relationship of parenting and parental guidance programs with early childhood learning motivation. This research is a correlational study. Number of sample set of 70 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between parenting programs with early childhood learning motivation in the District Non-formal Kramatwatu Serang District. Positive relationship indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.662 and the coefficient of determination of 43.8%. This means, the better parenting program, the better the motivation of early childhood learning; 2) there is a positive and significant relationship between parental motivation to learn early childhood in the District Non-formal Kramatwatu Serang District. Positive relationship indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.702 and the coefficient of determination of 49.3%. This means, the better the guidance of parents, it will be better the motivation of early childhood learning; 3) there is a significant positive relationship and parenting programs and counseling of parents with early childhood learning motivation in the District Non-formal Kramatwatu Serang District. The positive relationship indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.726 and the coefficient of determination of 52.7%. This means, the better parenting program and guidance of parents, it will be better the motivation of early childhood learning.
