- The aim of this research was to determine: 1) The relationship between the competence with the performance of the school supervisor in Serang city education authorities; 2) The relationship between the work ethos with the performance of the school supervisor in Serang city education authorities; 3) The relationship between competence and work ethos together with the performance of the school supervisor in the State education authorities Serang. Type this study is the correlation of research. Total sample set 22 school supervisors. This study use questionnaires as technique of collecting data. The results showed: 1) there is a positive relationship between competences with the performance of the school supervisor in Serang city education authorities. 2) there is positive relationship between the work ethos with the performance of the school supervisor in Serang city education authorities. 3) there is a positive relationship between competence and work ethos together with the performance of the school supervisor in Serang city education authorities
