  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Phycycal environment workship on Employee Performance at PT. Top Engineering. To determine the effect Communication on Employee Performance at PT. Top Engineering. In this study the method used to analyze the use of descriptive methods that aim to describe or illustrate an overview of the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon. While the design of the study is exploratory design and design is to analyze the causal relationships between one variable with another variable by using statistics. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 47 respondents who use this method of data analysis and product moment correlation coefficient. From the calculation of SPSS v.20, based on the analysis of SPSS v.20 generated a degree of influence between Phycycal Environment workship to Employee Performance obtained hypothesis testing results obtained from t-test (5,592) > t-table (2.01410), then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant effect between Phyycal Environment workship (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and thet-test (5,95) > t-table (2.01410) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant effect between communiation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Top Engineering. In this study the results of multiple regression and Phyycal Environment workship and Communation on Employee performance together significant effect with an F-count (299,99) > F-table (2,82).
