  • Describing the positive relationship the principal managerial skills to job satisfaction of teachers , describe the positive relationship of organizational culture on job satisfaction of teachers and collectively describe positive relationship between managerial skills of school principals and school organizational culture on job satisfaction of teachers at Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Mathlabul Huda. The headmaster is a top manager at the school that are in demand has some skill to be able to carry out managerial functions properly. Then the culture is a pattern of basic assumptions invented and developed by one particular group for studying a master external adaptation and internal integration, that has worked well enough to be considered viable and therefore taught to new members as a way that the perception, thinking and perceived correctly in relation to the matter. Satisfaction in this case based on the belief that job satisfaction is partly a function of personal characteristics and genetic factors. This study aims to determine (1) the relationship of the principal managerial skills (X1) with teacher job satisfaction (Y). (2) the relationship of organizational culture (X2) with the Teacher Job Satisfaction (Y) and (3) the relationship of managerial skills of school heads (X1) and the culture of the Organization (X2) together with teachers working keupasan (Y) using methods .penelitian quantitative research, this type of survey with the correlational approach. The population in this study sample of 100 teachers, 20 teachers as a sample test and 80 teachers as the research object. The results showed: (1) there is a positive correlation between managerial skills principals (X1) with job satisfaction of teachers (Y), (2) there is a positive relationship between organizational culture (X2) and job satisfaction of teachers (Y), terdadpat positive relationship between managerial skills of school principals (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together with teacher job satisfaction (Y) with the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.642 and the regression equation Y = 41.708 + 0,333X1 + 0,236X2. The conclusions of this research is entire free variable that is the principal managerial skills and culture of the organization has a relationship with the teacher job satisfaction simultaneously or partially. Suggestions for principals to be a leader who has the managerial skills of school principals is good then must continue to improve, and for the foundation to always pay attention to and conduct evaluations.
