- The purpose of this study was to determine: 1 ) the relationship of principal leadership style with teacher professionalism .; 2 ) The relationship of labor discipline by teachers of teacher professionalism .; 3 ) the relationship style of leadership principals and discipline teachers of kindergarten teachers in the professionalism of the Sun cluster Serang District of Curug. This type of research is correlational. Total sample of 36 people. Collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed: 1 ) there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership style with the school head teacher professionalism. This positive relationship is indicated by the correlation coefficient is positive value of 0.487, while the significance of the relationship indicated by the value sig (0,002 ) <α = 0.05 and t (3.300 )> t table (2.032 ); 2 ) there is a positive and significant relationship between the discipline teacher work with the professionalism of teachers. This positive relationship is indicated by the correlation coefficient is positive value of 0.586, while the significance of the relationship indicated by the value sig (0,000 ) <α = 0.05 and t (4.277 )> t table (2.032 ); 3 ) There is a positive relationship style of school leadership and discipline teachers with the professionalism of teachers. This positive relationship is indicated by the correlation coefficient is positive value of 0.586, while the significance of the relationship indicated by the value sig (0.001 ) <α = 0.05 and F arithmetic (8.913 )> F table (3.275 ).
