  • Human resources play an important role one of the items because in the education system are teachers, teachers who deliver learning and students learn actively, effectively and creatively. When complete education infrastructure, but is not supported by the presence of a qualified teacher performance, it would be impossible to get the maximum learning. Teacher performance is the resulting behavior of a teacher in his duties as an educator and taught in class. Infrastructure and teacher performance are important factors that influence the effectiveness of learning in Madrasah Aliyah Cilegon City. To study it, research was conducted with the formulation of the problem that one of them is. (1) Is there any influence on the effectiveness of the learning infrastructure. (2). Is there any influence of teachers' performance on learning effectiveness. (3). Is there any influence of infrastructure and teacher performance on the effectiveness of learning. To answer the above problem formulation, research was conducted with descriptive quantitative research design. The research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Cilegon city with a population of 511 people and 146 samples. The sample was drawn proportional area. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire as an instrument. The results showed that: (1). From the calculation of F> F table (56.4> 4.11) means that means no influence on the effectiveness of learning infrastructures Means. Regression model was found Y = 52 417 + 0.496 X1. (2) From the calculation of F> F table (56.2> 4.11) means that there is the influence of teachers' performance on learning effectiveness. Regression model was found Y = 26 627 + 10 105 X2. (3). From the calculation of F> F table (75.3> 4.11) means that there is the influence of teachers' performance on learning effectiveness. Regression model was found Y = 5.498 + 0.205X1 + 0724 X.2. So, the amount of influence between infrastructure and teacher performance (simultaneously) on the effectiveness of learning which is calculated with the correlation coefficient is 0.753 it indicates a high influence. While simultaneously contributing variables infrastructure is 56.7%, while 43.3% is determined by other variables. Of F> F table (56.7> 4.11).
