  • In SMP Negeri 23 Kota Serang writer see every day other monday daan a lot of incoming student lost time at the time of flag ceremony. student do not use the school attribute compactly, student do not the duty when which have been determined. Student not yet owned the awareness for the importance of discipline at school so that make the achievement learn the student become unfavourable. Focus the this action research is:1) How using media audiovisual can develop the character student of class VII Negeri 23 Kota Serang?. 2)How way of program of service of tuition and counselling can develop the character of student of class VII SMP Negeri 23 Kota Serang?. 3)How way of using media audiovisual and program the service of tuition and counselling can develop the character of student of class VII SMP Negeri 23 Kota Serang?. This Research Target is: 1) developing character of student of class VII SMP Negeri 23 Kota Serang by using media audiovisual. 2) developing character of student of class VII in SMP Negeri 23 Kota Serang by using program service of tuition and counselling. 3)To developing character student of class VII in SMPN SMP Negeri 23 Kota Serang by using media audiovisual and program the service of tuition and counselling. This research represent the research of class action, shortened by PTK. Research of class Action. Research object is Applying of Media Audiovisual to develop the character student of class VII SMP Negeri 23 Kota Serang at program of service of tuition and counselling. This research is executed consisted of by two cycle.at cycle I get the value of equal to 52 while at cycle II go up to become 82 ( very good / A ) meaning there is increase enough signifikan equal to 30 point and at Valuuei of result of responsibility of cycle I get 49 point. While at cycle II equal to 85 ( very good / A ) meaning there is improvement. which high also equal to 36 point. hence this class action research enough reach the this cycle II because assumed by succeeded.and also can be told by storey;level of discipline and student responsibility very high after performing research of Action of Class of Tuition and counselling and get the observation by continuous. and by spirit between teacher learn the area of study and existing parts at school.
