- Writing is a standard procedure to determine the opening time deposits, how to calculate the interest on deposits, the development of third-party fund placement for 6 years, and how the bank business in the approach to the public service of product on the PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Kantor Cabang Pembantu Serang Timur. The method used is descriptive method, to explain and ilustrate the discussion related to the title. Source using current data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using the technique of observation, interviews and documentation. From the research results in the review placements third party deposits the period 2009 to May 2015 has increased, although in 2012 Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Pembantu Serang Timur, decreased but did not affect the increase in the years to come, in which the bank is able to raise a third party in the form of time deposits so that banks can finance and distribute the product to the public. In its operations the bank continued to improve the quality of service by offering attractive rates on deposit products, so that people interested in placing funds on time deposits.
