  • Hawaiian ladyfish (Elops hawaiensis) is one of economically important fishery resources which commonly caught in the territorial of the northern waters Banten Province, availabe anytime without season. The research method used was experimental fishing conducted in February-July 2013 of the northern waters of Banten Province. Analysis of the data were include length-weight relationship and a description of morphometric-meristic Hawaiian ladyfish as well as the influence of environmental factors on fish growth rate Hawaiian ladyfish. Kronjo local frequency and intensity Mauk has the highest Hawaiian ladyfish, which are in March. There is a decreased frequency Domas area. At length frequency distribution of Hawaiian ladyfish classify the size of 17-36 cm. Kronjo Hawaiian ladyfish weight scales and Mauk have a range of 60-86, and 60-82 Domas has a range of values. D.20-24 identification and C.23-30 formula, forked caudal fin shape and do not have fingers hard. Anal fin has the formula A.14-15. Ventral and pectoral fins have the formula V.18-21 and P.8-13 with the position of the ventral fins pectoral fins are abdominal. Length-weight relationship of Hawaiian ladyfish has a coefficient of determination (R2 ) of 0.953 and a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.976 in the area of Kronjo rated b 1.039 which shows that the pattern length and weight relationship was negative allometric. The relationship is similar to the pattern of Mauk and Domas area. Analysis of factors in Hawaiian ladyfish condition showed the value (K) was 4.19 for Kronjo area, 4.18 for Mauk area, and 42.06 for Domas area. It can be concluded lady fish to the environmental conditions in the waters of Northern Banten match is in the growth of the fish. This was confirmed by research area water pH levels allow lady fish to live with a pH value of 7.6 to 8.3.
