  • This research aims to identify internal and external factors of the company consisting of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, so that it can determine the development strategy that can be applied by KUB. Mitra Mandala to develop the market. The determination of the location is done deliberately (purposive) that is in the Hariang village of Sobang sub-district, Lebak-Banten. Data analysis in this study uses matrix External Factors Evaluation (EFE), matrix Internal Factors Evalution (IFE), matrix Internal-External (IE), and matrix SWOT. An alternative strategy that is given to the development of the market in palm sugar is develop a market area of palm sugar in other cities unreached by distributing products through agents and resellers, then supported by other strategy is do promotion by more vigorous frequency, improves the quality of product excellence and sustain of palm sugar, makes smaller packaging, performs the financial report and administration of companies, and create a product with attractive packaging using a plastic jar container or jar bamboo.
